QCOM Protocol is the protocol required by the Queensland government for usage in all electronic gaming machines in clubs and hotels. All the machines must connect with the electronic monitoring systems using QCOM. This protocol has been adopted in markets outside of Queensland, such as Northern Territory, Tasmania, Victoria and New Zealand.
